1. Fabric Selection

We offer two standard materials: vinyl and Oxford fabric. Vinyl features a glossy leather-like texture, while Oxford fabric is lightweight. More colors you may choose based on personal preference. Both materials are UV-resistant.

2. Dimensions

Please advise the shape and measurements of your hot tub. For round tubs, provide the diameter. For square/rectangular tubs, supply length and width. Please note rounded corners, as they affect the fit between the cover and the tub. Custom shapes are available upon submission of technical drawings for irregular hot tubs.

3. Cover Thickness

Our standard foam core specifications include 90×60mm, 100×60mm, 120×80mm and 150×120mm. The tapered design prevents water pooling. You can select the specification according to local climate, load-bearing requirements and personal preference.

4. Skirt Design

Our hot tub covers are normally fitted with a 100mm drop skirt to seal the rim of the tub and reduce heat loss.

5. Hardware Fittings

Each cover comes standard with 2 handles and 4 safety latches. Combination locks are available as an optional upgrade.

6. Packaging

Bulk orders are normally packed in silver polybags. Carton packaging is also acceptable. Custom packaging solutions can be arranged upon request.
